Victims[edit source | edit]
The victims were a 19-year-old man who was critically wounded, a 16-year-old girl who was taken to hospital with a non-life-threatening condiction and a 30-year-old woman who did not require hospitalization.
Suspect[edit source | edit]
The shooter was a 20-year-old man from Peoria, Arizona. Police said that he shot the first two victims outside a restaurant, then fired shots to threaten people before shooting his third victim. He filmed the attack with a cellphone in his left hand and shooting with his right. He surrendered without incident to the first police officers to arrive at the scene. He was taken to a Maricopa County, Arizona jail and charged with 16 felonies.

The suspect, Armando Hernandez Jr., was booked into a Maricopa County jail Thursday morning on suspicion of 16 felony charges.
