On 5 February 2021, multiple stabbings took place in Croydon in South London. One man was killed and ten people were injured.

10 stabbings took place in the London Borough of Croydon in the space of two hours.[1] Police were called to 5 reports of stabbings, in which one man is known to have been killed and ten people injured.[1][2]

As a result the Metropolitan Police invoked additional stop and search powers for 24 hours.[1] A murder investigation is underway.[3]
